Our names are David Moisiev and Angelina Zelenova and we are an amateur couple that has been dancing together for two years. We are both 13 years old and are dancing in the Junior I category. Our coaches are Sasha Nissengolts and Anita Smite from the studio Dance Passion, located in Brooklyn, New York. Dance Passion has given us so much support from our friends, family, and our coaches. We love dancing here and we know that we can rely on our team for support.
We are finalists in all major competitions in PreChamp. David has been dancing for eight years and Angelina has been dancing for nine years. We hope to continue being champions and winning many more competitions ahead of us in different categories as well.
Out of the 10 dances in both Standard and Latin, our favorite dances will probably have to be Rumba and Cha Cha. Angelina likes Rumba the most because she feels like she can show off her moves and she can do so much more with the slow music than the fast music. David likes Cha Cha the most because he feels that he can show himself off. We are honored to become Champions in the Junior I category and can’t wait to continue training, learning, and improving to reach our goals.
