Of course, We all hope you are enjoying your Summer, but what are your plans for the Fall? Is it too early to think about that? Well, think again! The Carolina Fall Classic is back on the USA Dance Calendar and is scheduled for October 4-6, in Charlotte, North Carolina. OK, that is a little before Fall, but you get the idea.
Carolina Fall Classic Organizers Daniel Boman and Tiffany Bouquet will be waiting for you at the beautiful Hilton Charlotte University Place. This is the same venue as in the past — 20 minutes from the airport, with a gorgeous lakefront property, shops and dining opportunities galore, and the most important thing – a large ballroom floor.
And the competition? The Carolina Fall Classic is a 2 ½-day USA Dance Challenge, which will run from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon. The schedule includes all levels of events for age groups Teddy Bear to Senior V! Plus, there are a few categories that we’ve not seen before, like Rookie/Vet and Switch-Role. What is that? I guess we will all have to find out. One thing for sure, Carolina always promises great competition, lovely hospitality and a lot of fun!
Carolina Fall Classic was a staple on many competitive calendars for years. Dancers are thrilled with its return, as it is the only remaining USA Dance Competition geographically located on the East Coast between New York (The MAC) and Georgia (Southeastern).
