USA Dance 2025 Competition Calendar

The Qualifying Rules remain much the same as they did in 2024.

 

Athletes may attend and compete for the National Championship titles if they meet the following criteria:

 

1. If they finish in the top 3 at a Regional Championship, they are qualified.

2. Take the total number of couples they danced against at a Regional Championship and multiply it by .50.  If they placed between 1st and that number (we round up), they are qualified.

3. Couples may attend one Regional and compete in each age/level/style they want to dance without reaching the top 50%, which is worth 4 points (of 6). To gain an additional 2 points and qualify, they may attend a Collegiate Challenge, Challenge, or another Regional Championship. They will be qualified regardless of placement.

4. Couples may attend any three competitions and compete in each age/level/style in which they want to compete to reach 6 points (Collegiate Challenge, Challenge, or another Regional Championship). They will be qualified regardless of placement.
