Congratulations to USA Dance Breaking For Gold USA athlete BBoy Victor for winning his second World DanceSport Federation World Breaking Championship and becoming the first United States Breaking Athlete to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.The 2023 Lotto World DanceSport Federation World Breaking Championships were held September 22-24 in Ladeuzeplein Leuven, Belgium.
Special shout-out to USA Dance Breaking Vice President Zachary E. Slusser and the Breaking DanceSport Council members who have been working for two years to build the platform, coordinate with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and provide the athlete support needed to get to this point.
Annual Breaking Week is next week and runs from October 1-7. This is a week dedicated to celebrating the dance, art, sport, history, culture, community … essentially the joy of all things Breaking!
