Dear USA Dance Members, This is a very exciting time! Our National Championships begin Friday, March 28 in Pittsburgh, PA. It is not too late to donate to the athlete scholarship program. Just go to the USA Dance website and press the “Donate” button at the top right of the home page to begin. I know our athletes will appreciate your generosity. The Board of Directors have appointed a Steering Committee to develop the 2025 Bylaws. The committee’s charge is to prepare a draft document; a task that I would expect to take six weeks or so to complete. Upon completion, there will be a ten-day comment period during which all USA Dance members may read the draft and provide feedback to the Steering Committee. Happily, I am seeing a significant increase in Chapter posts on our Facebook, Inc.- Member Forum and Facebook, Inc. pages. Keep it up!! When posting, please make sure to identify your chapter number and location. If you would like to serve as a volunteer at the national level, please send me your name and the type of skill you might be able to offer.
