To the Competitors from the USA Dance Nationals Registrar
This is important information so please read it carefully
1) Memberships must be current and except for those people ONLY dancing the FUN Dances, they must be a Dancesport Athlete membership (Amateur, Pro/Am, or Pro). Have your membership card ready to show at check-in. On your phone is fine.
2) All collegiate competitors must show their current student ID, along with their membership cards when checking in.
3) Check-in: Leave up to an hour for check-in if you are coming during rush periods (ex: Saturday morning). Teams should try to check in Friday afternoon/evening if they can.
4) Final Collegiate Team Match sign-ups will occur during the Saturday Day session. We do allow multi-college teams.
5) Please pay your balances before you arrive. The system is still open for payments.
6) Check your entries and send the registrar any change requests now. If changes are made before the event, life will be a lot easier and less stressful for all of us.
7) All Junior competitors will need to have their costumes checked prior to receiving their competition material. They will be given a card from the costume check to show that this has been done. No ticket, no competitive badge or number. Leave enough time to do this.
8) There is a Social Dance party on Friday afternoon from 5-7pm. For non-collegiate competitors the cost of the Social Dance ticket is currently $10.00. It will be more if bought at the door.
9) The workshop schedule will be sent out once the schedule is finalized. Look for that email sometime next week.
Can’t wait to see you all next week,
Daphna
