Hello Seniors!!
First, we would like to begin by congratulating all our USA Dance competitors who represented us so well at the recent WDSF German World Open Championships!
In particular, let us congratulate:
- David Getchell & Alison Gonzalez: 5th place Finalists in Open Standard Senior IV.
- Kenny Xu & Jenny Tseung: 11th place Open Standard Senior 4 and 1st place Senior IV Standard Rising Star.
- Winston Chow & Lilly Chow: 8th in Open Standard Senior V.
The USA Dance competition season is well underway!
Below is a list of the USA Dance 2025-2026 Challenge and Regional Competitions that are on the USA Dance Calendar. You may note we have WDSF events at four competitions on the calendar. There are many more fun opportunities to compete at local and Collegiate events!
Don’t forget to mark your calendars for the 2026 USA Dance Nationals Event, March 27-29, 2026, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Nationals this year will offer four events in one — something for all USA Dance members: collegiates, athletes, social dancers, officials, and enthusiasts.
It is going to be a “Celebration of USA Dance” type of event!
We are very thrilled about our two new Regionals!
1) The Midwest Regional DanceSport Championships – October 31-November 2 in Chicago, Illinois – blending the inspiring legacies of the Carolina Fall Classic and Midwest DanceSport Championships — A partnership of two proven organizing teams who bring their talent, experience, and passion together to provide us an exceptional event.
2) The California DanceSport Grand Prix Regional Championship – November 15 in Redwood City, California – The USD Dance Nor-Cal Chapter is back in action, and we are excited about their first competition offering.
