Donovan Kirrane now competes as a Professional Dancer with his partner Olga Goncharova. He is also an active member of USA Dance, serving as the Chair of the Ballroom Athletes Advisory Council, a Board member, an Executive Committee member, and Chair of the Professional Athletes Committee.
